K.A. Earnest is a fantasy writer based in Ohio. With a BS in Psychology, she has spent the past six years in the service of her local communities. Currently, K.A. works at a drop-in center for homeless and at-risk LGBTQ+ youth. She facilitates both a book club and a creative writing group for her current clients, believing in the healing power of stories. K.A. encourages the youth she works with to pursue their passions, and to live fearlessly and creatively.

When she doesn’t have her nose stuck in a book, K.A. is either elbow deep in flour, drinking extreme amounts of coffee, or navigating one of many Dungeons and Dragons campaigns. Her favorite writing buddies are a yellow lab named Winnie, and her two feline friends, Monte and Cece.
